Job Title: Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Location: 100 Crosswinds Dr, Lititz, PA 17543

Job Description:

We are seeking technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. If you are passionate about solving problems and doing what’s right for customers, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnosing and fixing vehicles for customers using knowledge and skills.
• Building experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Completing full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Troubleshooting customer concerns quickly and effectively as part of a team.
• Following and promoting high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Effectively communicating customer concerns with the service department.
• Collaborating with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results.

Qualifications:

• PA State and Emission Inspector License.
• Master diagnostic capabilities.
• Ability to diagnose and repair any/all types of vehicles.
• Passion for maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Team-oriented with the dedication to turn 40+ flag hours per week.
• Ability to quickly master factory scan tools.
• 2+ years of automotive repair experience is required.

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head.
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair.
• Dexterity needed to efficiently use hand tools.
• Walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
• Drive manual transmissions vehicles.
• Efficiently navigate a computer.
