Our team of talented virtual assistants excels in executing various tasks, including:

  • Executive Assistant Support
  • Regular client interfacing (via phone/video conference)
  • Email and calendar management

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of remote work experience
  • Must reside within the continental U.S. year-round
  • Previous experience managing multiple clients, accounts, and projects
  • 2+ years of providing complex calendar and email management
  • Experience with travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Availability during business hours Monday – Friday (at least 15 hours/week)
  • Computer with the latest MS Office installed, fast and reliable internet connection, smartphone with email capabilities
  • Proficiency in common online programs/software used by small business owners
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Additional Information:

  • 1099 contractor position
  • Remote position
  • Hourly rate is $22/hr
  • All applicants may undergo a background check
  • Comprehensive skills assessment required
